About Molly

Hi! I’m Molly, the creator of Inflowenced by Moll, a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200hr) and Pilates Teacher Trainee. I’m passionate about sharing yoga, Pilates, and mindfulness so others can flow and grow in the ways they need most.

I am a New England native now based in Stamford, CT. I love iced lattes and hanging out with my cats, Angie and Madi, who sometimes make guest appearances in my practice!

With 12+ years of experience, I’ve learned that yoga and Pilates are more than just poses and movements—they’re about slowing down and moving with intention. I specialize in private and group sessions, creating personalized practices to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you’re looking to deepen your practice, find balance, or build strength, I’m here to support you!

If there’s one thing I hope to share, it’s this: You are allowed to protect your peace. You deserve to take up space. And taking care of yourself isn’t selfish—it’s essential.
